We have bought three homes and Klein agents have helped us sell four different units including a single family residence, 2 duplexes and a triplex. In each case the experience was indeed outstanding. For the Knox County/Southern IN/IL area I will only recommend Klein Real Estate.
Earnest money is given by the buyer to the seller when a real estate purchase contract is accepted. The money is a good faith offering to the seller that you will perform on the agreed upon contract.
